RX LAB is above all a team of athletes and coaches who work together to offer you a service in which each dimension of your training is handled by an expert in its field. We strongly believe that individualizing your training will maximize your improvement.

Individual Coaching

If you are looking for a more personalized follow-up, the individual coaching will meet your needs. This service is aimed at anyone who wants a program done precisely for his or her needs, regardless of level and meticulous distance coaching.

How does it work?

  3. 03 You fill out our evaluation questionnaire
  4. 04 You do 1 to 2 weeks of testing
  5. 05 We analyse your results
  6. 06 You get a custom made program

YOUR ACCESS

Training days: variable according to your needs

• Duration per session: 1h30-2h30 + 2 sessions / day at certain times of the year

• Corrective video analysis and advice 1x / week

• A private library of exercises on Vimeo

• Presentation of your results and your feedback 1x / week

• Skype meeting 1x / 2 weeks

• Your coach: as required

* At the end of the cycle (duration of 3 months), you can change the program according to your progress and the current condition. Access to all programs allows you to follow and respect your development.

* There is a minimum of 30 days commitment when you register, ie we do not make any refunds following your monthly payment.
